Adobe has released Lightroom CC 2015.6, Lightroom 6.6, and Camera Raw 9.6, primarily fixing bugs and adding camera profiles as well as Raw support. Lightroom CC and Camera Raw 9.6 users, however, also get a new feature called Guided Upright that reduces/eliminates keystone effects in buildings, straightens images and fixes horizons. Guided Upright adds a semi-automated function to an existing feature, using guides drawn by the user to apply perspective corrections. It's found within a new ‘Transform’ panel, which also houses manual perspective correction sliders. Users manually draw 2 to 4 guide lines on the photo, which the software uses to transform the image via Upright. Those manual perspective correction sliders can be used to ‘fine tune’ the resulting image when necessary. Lightroom CC 2015.6 / 6.6 and Camera Raw 9.6 have added support for the following cameras: • Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II • Leica M-D (Typ 262) • Nikon COOLPIX B700 • Panasonic DMC-GX85/GX80/GX7MK2 The software has also added camera matching color profiles for the Pentax K-3 II, K-1, and 645Z cameras.

Both versions of Lightroom also received tethered camera support for the Canon EOS-1D X Mark II, Canon EOS 80D, and Canon EOS 1300D / Canon Rebel T6. The full list of new lens profile support in Lightroom 2015.6 / 6.6 is available, and the list for Camera Raw 9.6 lens profile support is available. I updated to LR CC 2015.6 yesterday. With 2015.5 it rarely used more than 2gb of ram and even then only after I had been using it a lot. Usually it was between 0.5 and 1.5 gb.

With 2015.6 though I am often seeing that it is using more than 3gb of ram. Doing the same kind of work, same size raw files, etc. When I first start 2015.6 it is using about the same as 2015.5 did when it was first started, but after using it awhile it often gets to more than 3gb. Juicy J Chronicles Of The Juiceman Rar Download. Anyone else seen a dramatic increase in the amount of ram used? As far as I'm aware if you like LR5 you'll like LR6. I find the import process an unnecessary step (C1 has the same), and no favourite folder locations/sources possible (only recent sources), I don't like the dim view of files that are not selected, there's no file size info in the meta data panel (which I find essential to distinguish files). Hate is too strong a word, I should have said dislike. I just find Adobe Bridge + ACR gives me more, and faster, yes it has a few less features, but then again a few extra, all in all it works more efficiently with my workflow. Personal voyage. Being dissatisfied with Adobe (products/price/performance) I have moved to Capture One.

C1 for me is a better application, it's also faster. I have one of those cameras which does not have sensor cleaning built-in, so on occasion, I have to do a deal of de-spotting. In Lightroom, it is so slow and my computer is pretty fast and has stacks of RAM. I just prefer the look to the finished files from Capture One. Subscription or stand-alone options are clearly present when buying (unlike Adobe).

The choice is yours. C1s colour editing tools and masks are far superior than LR and the LCC tool is just amazing. I can't use my 24mm lens in LR without a LOT of work. I never thought it would happen but Adobe, we are divorced. For the first time in 20 years, I have no Adobe products on my computer.

Unhappy ex-Adobe customer, happy C1 customer. Before you troll, if LR floats your boat, hey that's brill!

My Adobe boat has sunk! I've now tried Capture One, it was surprisingly similar in terms of workflow to LR, but I found LR / ACR to have the edge on fine detail. C1 seems to add some NR even if I turn all NR off - there's some painterly rounding / smudging of fine detail (only very slight but noticeable to me), and high contrast edges are over-sharpened. All in all there's nothing to beat LR/ACR.I'd say I'm afraid to say - though I've come from being an advocate of RawShooter, which was incredible - then bought-out by Adobe, and so consumed. I don't like LR and the import workflow, on the other hand Adobe Bridge and ACR is amazing - fast, intuitive, simple, powerful; it works for me, and had the features I need that are lacking in LR. ACR hasn't had a significant update since V 9.0. And 9.1.1 still runs in PhotoShop CS6.

Adobe DNG Coverter works quite well for new cameras. Then one would use ACR 9.1.1. Don't think for a second that people aren' t looking at RawThereapee (freeware) and other organizing software than LR, though LR is not yet subscription only. Affinity just sent out an email saying the beta of the Windows version (right now it's Mac only) should be available this month. On1 is working raw extraction software for a fall release.
