You need to transfer Aphrodi (lv 60 at least) and Demeter, Ares, Poseidon (lv.40) from IE2 to get the ticket. The second one is The Genesis. Ulvida at least at lv 30 to get the ticket. You can fight these two teams without wifi, but you need it for the two ones in the bottom route: Dark Emperors and the World selection.
